Week 1 (July 9th): Breathing and the Brain

Ed Harrold will delve into the science behind breathwork, explaining how proper breathing can enhance focus, reduce anxiety, and improve overall mental clarity. Week 2 (July 16th): Mindsets and Behavior

Week 3 (July 23rd): Emotions as Energy in Motion

Week 4 (July 30th): Transforming Bad Days into Growth Opportunities
  • Topic: How Our Bad Days Are the Greatest Days for Growth
  • Description: Embrace the potential for growth in adversity. Ed will guide participants in viewing bad days and difficult experiences as opportunities for personal development. Learn how to use functional breathing to navigate tough times, build resilience, and emerge stronger. This session will include practical strategies for transforming setbacks into breakthroughs.
