It’s a journey that asks you to reflect not just on the content, but on your own life—on what is working and where you are struggling. This is where real change begins: by becoming fully aware of where you are, and choosing to transition into the purest expression of oneself.

Program Features
The Power To Change IS Within You.
Bi-Monthly Group Meetings: Twice a month for 3 months, participants join Ed Harrold for a 60-minute group session. These live, interactive meetings provide the opportunity to explore the themes of breath, nature, resilience, and the bodies natural rhythms in a transformative supportive environment. In each session, Ed shares insights and facilitates discussions that help participants unlock their potential for growth and healing.
Personalized Learning: Each participant keeps a personal diary where they reflect on the content of each session, relating it to their life, health, and challenges. Track your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, fostering self-awareness and presence. This reflective practice leads to the development of a learning objective for each session, enabling you to track your growth and personal transformation.
Results-Oriented Approach: The goal is to create real, lasting change by reflecting on your emotions, behaviors and experiences. You develop clear outcomes that align with your health goals setting individualized activities based on your goals for each session, driving personal growth and positive change. Breath AS Medicine + provides the tools and structure to help you achieve it.
